Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Deployment Manager to guide customers from contract signature to live, governed deployments of Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products. You will connect Claude to identity providers, provision workspace access, and ensure security policies are in place.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with multi-deployment experience.
• Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise identity integration work.
• Ability to advise CISOs/CTOs on governance and enterprise setup.
• Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Proven track record turning 1:1 deployments into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Own activation journey from contract to production deployment for Claude products.
• Configure, troubleshoot SSO/SCIM provisioning across identity providers.
• Advise security and IT leadership on deployment design decisions.
• Enable MCP connectors and configure capabilities to support customer use cases.
• Design scalable activation frameworks and repeatable playbooks.
• Develop change management strategies and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Define and track success metrics across activation and time-to-value.
• Channel insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams.
