Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Deployment Manager to guide customers from signed contracts to live deployments across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products. You will connect Claude to customers’ identity providers, provision stakeholders, and ensure security policies are in place, enabling rapid activation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with enterprise deployments.
• Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise identity integration across SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation journey from contract to production deployment across Claude products.
• Deploy Claude inside customer environments and configure identity providers and provisioning.
• Advise CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup for a SaaS/AI platform.
• Design scalable activation frameworks and templated playbooks for repeatable deployments.
• Turn playbooks into programs with self-serve motions and onboarding cohorts.
• Drive organizational transformation with change management strategies and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Define and track success metrics from activation rate to customer satisfaction.
• Channel insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams to unblock repeat deployments.
