Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead for enterprise agent solutions. You will own engagements end-to-end from SOW to production deployment, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope product requirements and manage stakeholder relationships at C-suite level.

You will drive MVP scope, success criteria, and ROI, while codifying reusable delivery playbooks and navigating regulatory constraints in highly regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Led AI/ML engagements or deployments, as founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or professional services role.
• Delivered AI/ML or LLM-based agentic solutions into production.
• Experience in a specialized vertical (finance, life sciences, pharma, retail, etc.).
• Able to lead architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders and assess technical trade-offs.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients.
• Has executive presence and can represent Anthropic to senior leaders.
• Thrives in ambiguity with structured approach.
• Builder mindset: create a function, not join one.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and ROI.
• Lead technical discovery by mapping workflows and shaping MVP scope.
• Drive day-to-day execution across Anthropic and customer teams, protecting the critical path.
• Own product scoping for field engagements and manage engineering backlog.
• Lead executive briefings and maintain stakeholder communications at senior levels.
• Define impact hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and report outcomes to sponsors.
• Codify reusable delivery assets and patterns for broader use.
• Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity (security, legal, procurement).
• Manage scope changes, risks, and escalation with clear context.
• Run delivery operations and milestone reviews; travel to customer sites (25–50%).
