Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services. You will hire, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Deployment Leads embedded with strategic clients, owning portfolio health and end-to-end delivery quality.

You will interact with executive sponsors, shape SOWs, and drive complex engagements from planning to production. A strong track record in enterprise AI/ML delivery and financial services is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery with at least 3 years of people management.
• Track record building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Delivered AI/ML or LLM-based solutions into production with credible architecture discussions.
• Depth in Financial Services with understanding of model risk, security, and compliance.
• Experience with value-based scoping including TCO/ROI and post-deployment impact.
• Ability to translate technical complexity for senior leaders and customers.
• Thrive in ambiguity and build teams from early stages.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements.
• Manage each TDL directly: 1:1s, clear expectations, direct feedback, growth plans.
• Own portfolio health across the vertical and intervene when delivery drifts.
• Lead the most complex engagements from delivery plan through production.
• Set the bar for delivery excellence – SOW quality, MVP scoping, value measurement.
• Codify reusable solution patterns and playbooks to scale the practice.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing on Financial Services go-to-market material and references.
• Travel to customer sites (25–50% expected).
