Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team to deliver custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in regulated industries. You will own engagements end-to-end from SOW to production deployment and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on architecture and stakeholder management.

This founding team will build technical playbooks, define processes, and scale field delivery while advancing Anthropic's mission to create reliable, steerable AI.

Qualifications

• Led AI/ML engagements or deployments.
• Delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production.
• Experience in specialized verticals (financial services, life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture).
• Can lead architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses.
• Lead technical discovery, map customer workflows, define MVP scope, and shape architecture for custom agent deployments.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution across Anthropic and customer teams, keeping progress unblocked.
• Own product scoping for field engagements, define MVP, author requirements, and manage scope against evolving requirements.
• Own the customer relationship, lead executive briefings, and manage communications with technical leads and procurement.
• Own value measurement and ROI, define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, report outcomes to executives.
• Codify reusable delivery assets, build playbooks, and feed field signals back to Product and Research.
• Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity including security reviews and procurement processes.
• Manage scope and change, negotiate modifications, identify risks early, and elevate with context.
• Run delivery operations with sprint ceremonies and milestone reviews.
• Travel to customer sites (25-50% expected).
