Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to guide the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise clients in regulated industries. As part of a founding team, you will shape playbooks, own engagements end-to-end, and manage stakeholder relationships from SOW to production deployment.

You will pair with Forward Deployed Engineers, drive scope, track KPIs, and deliver measurable value while navigating security, legal, and procurement requirements.

Qualifications

• Led AI/ML engagements and deployments, including production deployments.
• Experience with enterprise, regulated environments.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
• Lead technical discovery and define MVP scope.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution and manage scope.
• Own product scoping for field engagements and requirements.
• Own customer relationships and executive briefings.
• Own value measurement and ROI and report outcomes.
• Codify reusable delivery assets and patterns.
• Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity.
• Manage scope, change, and risks.
• Run delivery operations and sprint reviews.
• Travel to customer sites (25–50%).
