Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, offers the STEP program—a 12-month dynamic, rotational development track designed to educate and accelerate emerging professionals. Participants gain hands-on experience across warehouse, sales, projects, and digital commerce while engaging with leadership.

Starting in June 2027, the program includes site and corporate rotations, mentorship, and opportunities to present strategic initiatives to executives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Core rotations include: Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Experience exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management and E-Commerce
