Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP program designed to educate and develop emerging professionals across operations, sales, procurement, and e-commerce. The program begins in June 2027 and includes hands-on experience, e-learning, and residency trips.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty tracks, participate in team-building activities, and have exposure to both site and corporate operations, with opportunities to present to the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic and self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty tracks.
• Gain exposure to site and corporate operations, sales processes, procurement, and e-commerce.
• Complete on-the-job and residency training with mentor support.
• Present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership at program end.
