Cooper Electric Supply, LLC, part of the Sonepar group, is offering the Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) a 12-month rotational program designed to educate and develop skills across our business. You will gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales, procurement, and more, with exposure to leadership and a residency trip.

The program begins June 2027 and is based in Central New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
