This is an exciting, immediate path to starting your career as a Fullstack Software Developer! This is a paid, remote, 1-year apprenticeship program that will teach you full-stack software development and give you real job experience through a combination of dedicated training time and on-the-job application.

Our program is registered with the Idaho Department of Labor, and unfortunately, we can only accept applicants who are residents of Idaho.

What You'll Do & Learn:

• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications.
• Learn to analyze application requirements, write and document code, and perform unit testing.
• Gain experience in implementing, supporting, and ensuring the security of applications.
• Receive technical instruction in areas like:
• Core programming skills using Microsoft C# .Net
• Database fundamentals (SQL)
• DevOps practices
• Remote Full-time Role
• Program Duration: 1 year (2000 OJL hours, 144 related instruction hours)
• Probationary Period: 480 hours/3 months
• Progressive Wage:
• 1st 1000 hours: $7.25
• 2nd 1000 hours: $10.00

Who We're Looking For:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A strong passion for technology and software development.
• Eagerness to learn with problem-solving abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a stable internet connection.
• Idaho residents only.
