Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, invites driven graduates to join the 12-month STEP program beginning in June 2027. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales tracks, gaining hands-on experience across site and corporate operations, sales, and procurement.

You’ll participate in mentorship, specialized training, and real-project exposure, with opportunities to present initiatives to the Executive Leadership team at the program’s conclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales track.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales, procurement, and E-Commerce.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program end.
• Participate in team-building activities, all-expense travel, and targeted training.
