Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP program to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals. You will gain hands-on experience across site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and more through on-the-job and e-learning.

The program begins in June 2027, includes mentorship and residency trips, and culminates in presenting key initiatives to our Executive Leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Participation in team-building activities and travel to different company locations.
• Develop business acumen through training and residency experiences.
