Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP rotational program designed to educate and develop emerging professionals. You will gain hands-on experience across warehouse, inside sales, projects, marketing, and outside sales tracks, with on-the-job and mentorship-driven training.

The program begins in June 2027 and includes site and corporate exposure, travel, and leadership presentations to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, and E-Commerce.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree
