Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions, Outside Sales.
• Engage in on-the-job learning, e-learning, and mentorship to develop business acumen.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key initiatives after rotations.
