Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is launching the STEP program in June 2027. This 12-month rotational program builds career-ready professionals through hands-on experience in operations, sales strategies, procurement, and e-commerce.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, with exposure to both site and corporate operations and mentor-guided projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/BA or BS in a relevant field as required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, and e-commerce.
• Present key strategic initiatives to the Executive Leadership team at program end.
