Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is launching the Sonepar STEP program—a 12-month, dynamic rotation designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across operations, sales, procurement, and e-commerce. The program begins in June 2027 and offers hands-on experience through on-the-job learning and expert training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Self-starter attitude and strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core functions including site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the operating companies’ business philosophy.
• Gain hands-on experience via on-the-job learning, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips.
• Present key strategic initiatives to senior leadership at program conclusion.
