Capital Electric is launching the Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP), a 12-month rotational experience designed to educate, train, and develop early-career professionals. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, with exposure to corporate operations and on-the-job learning.

The program begins in June 2027 and includes attendance at residency trips, mentor programs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program conclusion.
