QXO is actively seeking candidates for the Emerging Leaders Development Program, a one-year accelerated leadership track focused on sales. You will lead end-to-end territory management, identify opportunities, and engage customers to drive revenue growth.

The program nurtures leadership competencies and prepares you for Outside Sales roles. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (business, supply chain or related) or have 1–2 years in the industry, are energetic communicators, and are willing

Qualifications

• A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field, or candidate with 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communicator with client-facing mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Willing to travel regionally and work in a dynamic field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory management from strategy to execution to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate across functions to improve operations and customer outcomes.
• Own sales cycles for assigned accounts or territories with autonomy.
• Forecast pipeline and craft pricing/product mix recommendations.
• Prepare for Outside Sales roles through coaching and leadership development.
