Job summary

QXO’s Emerging Leaders Development Program is a one-year accelerated track for early-career professionals pursuing a career in sales. Participants lead strategic initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships, operations, and revenue growth.

The program supports placement into Outside Sales roles upon successful completion. Participants join a high-performing cohort, access an enterprise-wide leadership network, and contribute to regional initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or 1–2 years of industry experience.
Energetic, goal-oriented communicator with customer-relations focus.
Willingness to travel regionally for rotations and field work.

Responsibilities

Lead territory management, identify opportunities, engage customers, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with functions to analyze data and implement improvements for customer outcomes and profitability.
Own strategic workstreams, synthesize insights, and propose data-informed process improvements.
Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts, forecast pipeline, and craft pricing/product mix recommendations.
Participate in leadership coaching to prepare for Outside Sales and future management roles.
