Participants will lead key initiatives, manage defined territories, and apply independent judgment to influence customer relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel regionally.
• Willing to relocate or travel for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities, engage customers, and execute sales activities.
• Partner across functions to improve operations and branch profitability.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts with forecasting.
• Develop leadership competencies and prepare for Outside Sales roles.
