Job summary

QXO is offering the Emerging Leaders Development Program, a one-year accelerated track for early-career professionals pursuing sales leadership. Participants will own defined territories, lead initiatives, and gain access to an enterprise leadership network while preparing for Outside Sales roles.

Ideal candidates graduate in business or related fields, with 1–2 years of experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or candidate with 1–2 years in sales.
• Energetic, goal‑oriented communicator with customer relationship acumen.
• Willingness to travel regionally and relocate for rotations/leadership roles.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory management and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle with autonomy and strategic input.
• Collaborate across functions to improve customer outcomes and branch profitability.
• Forecast pipeline, recommend pricing and product mix, and close deals.
• Develop leadership competencies and prepare for Outside Sales leadership roles.
