Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel regionally and relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy, opportunity identification, and customer engagement.
• Drive revenue by forecasting pipeline, pricing and product mix decisions, and autonomous deal execution.
• Partner with key functions to identify challenges and implement improvements that boost customer outcomes.
• Own strategic workstreams, synthesize market insights, and propose data-informed process improvements.
• Prepare for Outside Sales roles by developing leadership competencies and strategic thinking.
