Job summary

Kinaxis Inc. is hiring for an Account Executive to lead new business in the EMEA region.

You will work closely with Kinaxis senior management to craft account strategies, build executive relationships, and drive revenue from strategic, enterprise-level solutions across industries. You will manage multiple stakeholders, qualify opportunities, and forecast accurately while aligning client needs with Kinaxis’ AI-infused supply chain platform.

Qualifications

8 years’ experience in selling strategic, enterprise level solutions (SCM, ERP, BI).
Experience selling to executive level Decision Makers across multiple constituencies (Operations, Finance, IT).
Ability to penetrate and sell to new name accounts and manage complex deals in Europe.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and grow revenue in the EMEA region.
Develop account strategies with Kinaxis senior management to drive pipeline and close deals.
Maintain high-level executive relationships with new name accounts and resellers.
Qualify prospects according to Kinaxis capabilities and applicability.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting based on realistic close timelines.
Communicate product improvements and customer feedback to product teams.
