Job summary

Kinaxis is a remote-friendly leader in supply chain orchestration, seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth with NET NEW accounts across North America. You will work with Kinaxis senior management to shape growth strategies and close complex deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep experience selling mission-critical SCM/ERP/BI solutions, credible client insight, and a proven track record in prioritizing and closing large deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in selling strategic, enterprise level solutions (SCM, ERP, BI).
• Ability to engage effectively with executive level decision makers and develop joint growth strategies.
• Experience selling to multiple constituencies within large organizations (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT).
• Consultative, value-proposition driven sales methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and grow revenue in target name accounts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft account strategies and engagement plans.
• Develop executive relationships with new and existing customers and channel partners.
• Qualify prospects based on Kinaxis capabilities and business value.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Communicate product improvements and field-driven recommendations.
