Job summary

Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join the Donor Services Team. This full-time role reports to the Director of Donor Services and guides egg and sperm donors through intake, documentation, and the donation process.

You will conduct video consultations, evaluate applications, help curate donor profiles, and maintain accurate case documentation while collaborating with the Donor Matching team to ensure safe, compassionate donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with diverse clients.
• Fast-paced, performance-driven environment with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Review donor applications and decide on acceptance.
• Conduct video consultations explaining process and timelines.
• Guide donors through intake and documentation.
• Support donor profiles to maximize selection chances.
• Maintain primary contact with assigned donors with professional communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching team to support successful matches.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in internal systems.
• Monitor donor progress and conduct case audits.
