Job summary

Growing Generations in the United States is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team. This full-time role reports to the Director of Donor Services and focuses on guiding egg and sperm donors through the intake, screening, and onboarding process while delivering compassionate, high-touch service.

You will review donor applications, conduct educational video consultations, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with the Donor Matching team to align profiles with client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Review donor applications and make eligibility decisions.
• Conduct educational video consultations with prospective donors.
• Guide donors through intake and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate case notes and donor profiles in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching to align profiles with client needs.
