Job summary

Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team. You will guide egg and sperm donors through intake, provide high-level client service, and collaborate with the Donor Matching team to ensure successful matches.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting educational consultations, and maintaining meticulous case documentation while upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review donor applications and decide on acceptance aligned with criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct donor consultations explaining process, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Guide donors through intake, review docs for completeness and compliance.
• Assist in creating compelling donor profiles to maximize selection chances.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with clear, timely communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching to ensure alignment between profiles and client needs.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in internal systems and audit donor progress.
