Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join the Donor Services Team. This full-time role focuses on guiding egg and sperm donors, reviewing applications, and conducting educational consultations to ensure safe and informed participation.

You will manage intake, help build donor profiles, and collaborate with the Donor Matching team to support successful matches while maintaining compassionate, professional communication with donors and internal teams.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to interact with a broad range of clients from different cultures and regions.
• Positive and flexible attitude and willingness to adapt.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with accountability and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted guide for egg and sperm donors through early stages of their journey.
• Review donor applications and decide to accept or decline per criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct video consultations explaining the donation process, timelines and responsibilities.
• Guide donors through intake, reviewing required documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Help donors curate donor profiles to maximize selection chances.
• Act as primary contact, delivering a high-touch, compassionate experience.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching team to support successful matches.
• Identify opportunities to increase donor engagement and improve intake.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in internal systems and monitor donor progress.
• Conduct regular case audits and follow-ups post-cycle.
• Address donor questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment and admissions.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication.
• Be empathetic, organized, curious, and innovative.
