Job summary

Growing Generations seeks a Donor Specialist to guide egg and sperm donors through evaluation, intake, and onboarding. You will conduct informative video consultations, collect required documents, and help donors craft compelling profiles to increase matching opportunities.

You’ll serve as the primary contact for donors, delivering compassionate service and maintaining clear communication while collaborating with the Donor Matching team to align donor profiles with client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to interact with a broad range of clients from different cultures and regions.
• Possesses a positive and flexible attitude and willingness to adapt.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with a strong sense of accountability, initiative, and commitment to achieving individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and make informed decisions on incoming donor applications, including accepting or declining candidates in alignment with program criteria, safety standards, and best practices.
• Conduct engaging, educational video consultations with prospective donors to clearly explain the donation process, expectations, timelines, and responsibilities, ensuring donors feel informed and supported.
• Guide donors through the intake process, collecting and reviewing required documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance at each stage.
• Support donors in curating compelling donor profiles, providing thoughtful guidance to help each donor present themselves authentically.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned donors, delivering a high-touch, compassionate experience while maintaining timely, clear, and professional communication.
• Collaborate with the Donor Matching team to support successful matches and ensure alignment between donor profiles and client needs.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in internal systems and conduct regular case audits to ensure data integrity.
