Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team. This full-time role focuses on guiding egg and sperm donors through intake, education, and documentation, while delivering compassionate, high-quality service and maintaining compliant records.

You’ll collaborate with the Donor Matching team, provide clear communication, and participate in continuous process improvements to enhance donor recruitment and experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; Outlook a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review donor applications and decide on acceptance based on criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct educational video consultations explaining the donation process and timelines.
• Guide donors through intake, collect and review documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Assist donors in creating compelling donor profiles to improve selection chances.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with timely, clear communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching and internal teams to improve intake and drive referrals.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems and conduct progress audits.
