Growing Generations is a fertility agency seeking a Donor Specialist to join the Donor Services Team. This full-time role reports to the Director of Donor Services and focuses on guiding egg and sperm donors through the process with empathy and professionalism.

You will evaluate applications, conduct video consultations, and manage donor intake and profiles, collaborating with the Donor Matching team to ensure optimal matches. Hybrid/remote options may be available depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Review donor applications and decide acceptance in line with criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct engaging video consultations explaining the donation process and timelines.
• Guide donors through intake, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Assist donors in creating compelling donor profiles for better matching.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with compassionate, timely communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching team to support successful matches.
• Identify opportunities to increase donor engagement and improve intake experience.
• Maintain detailed case notes and update donor profiles in internal systems.
• Monitor donor progress, conduct audits, and manage post-cycle follow-up.
