Lumicera is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead the strategy for provider engagement, operations, and partnerships within Lumicera Direct. You’ll partner with senior sales leadership to drive growth, retention, and service enhancements across provider networks.

You will manage a team directing account management, provider support, and engagement functions, with a focus on scalable processes and long-term business performance. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership managing leaders and multiple business functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and strategic Business planning.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows and referral management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with Lumicera Direct growth.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider engagement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive provider growth, referral expansion and retention.
• Maintain executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Provide executive-level reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
