Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director, Provider Relations to shape and drive the provider engagement strategy for the Lumicera Direct business. You will lead provider relations, account management, and provider support with a focus on growth, retention, and operational excellence, partnering with senior sales leaders.

You will manage executive relationships with physician executives and health systems, oversee strategic initiatives, and guide CRM and analytics to inform decision-making.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders, multi-function teams, provider-facing groups.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, account retention and revenue initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to develop strategic plans and growth strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct, aligning with growth objectives.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Partner with VP Sales and Director, Provider Sales on strategic initiatives for provider growth and retention.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations and strategic partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships with physician executives and health system leadership.
• Lead executive business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate insights to leadership.
• Act as primary executive liaison between providers and Lumicera leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase provider engagement, referrals, and revenue.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to ensure consistent provider experience.
• Develop and maintain CRM vendor relations and vendor selection.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction and operational efficiency.
