Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Provider Relations to lead the strategy and execution of provider engagement for Lumicera Direct. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to shape market approaches and scale provider programs.

The role requires building executive relationships, guiding provider support and account management teams, and driving growth, retention, and service excellence while traveling up to 40% for meetings and industry events.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/related business degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the residence state or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or provider relations with leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading sales or provider engagement teams.
