Job summary

Lumicera Direct seeks a Director of Provider Relations to lead engagement, operations, and account management across Lumicera Direct provider partnerships. You will shape strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive growth, retention, and satisfaction among provider networks.

You will lead through managers of provider relations, inside sales, and support teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, account management, provider engagement, or related healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders of others, multiple business functions, and provider-facing teams in a healthcare environment.
• 3+ years of sales leadership, leading sales teams and sales strategy.
• Experience in growth, market expansion, account retention, referral development, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leaders to develop and execute strategic business plans and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives and provider engagement priorities.
• Lead strategy for provider relations, account management, provider support, and engagement functions.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive provider growth, referral expansion, and long-term performance.
• Act as executive liaison with provider organizations to incorporate provider perspectives into planning.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings, executive reviews, and industry events.
