Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead strategy across Lumicera Direct. You will partner with executive leaders to shape provider engagement, operations, and account management, driving growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Remote-friendly role in the United States with up to 40% travel, reporting to the VP of Sales. You will build scalable processes, oversee teams, and deliver measurable improvements in provider partnerships and performance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy degree; MBA is preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in home state or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading leaders and multiple business functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience driving growth, market expansion and revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Define the vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive growth and retention initiatives.
• Build executive relationships with provider organizations and key decision-makers.
• Lead executive reviews and report on market intelligence and performance.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and industry events.
