Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead the strategic vision for provider engagement across Lumicera Direct. You will oversee provider operations, account management, and engagement, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and retention.

The role requires extensive healthcare leadership experience, strong CRM and data analytics skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and state licensure or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years in leadership managing leaders and multiple functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy.
• Experience influencing executives and translating provider insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with CRM platforms and business intelligence reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with enterprise growth and market expansion.
• Lead provider relations, account management, provider support, and engagement functions across Lumicera Direct.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive provider growth, referral expansion, and account retention.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for provider organizations to support growth and relationships.
• Establish relationships with physician executives and health system leaders to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead executive reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Act as liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership for strategic planning.
