Lumicera is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead strategy for provider engagement, operations, account management, and partnerships within Lumicera Direct. You will shape growth, retention, satisfaction, and scalable programs across provider networks while partnering with senior leaders to drive market performance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD with MBA/related business degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence or ability to reciprocity.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, account management, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading managers and provider-facing teams in a healthcare environment.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations and account management.
• Partner with sales leaders to drive provider growth and referrals.
• Maintain executive relationships with physician executives and health systems.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate insights to leadership.
