Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks aDirector, Provider Relations to lead the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct, overseeing provider engagement, account management, and support operations. You will collaborate with senior sales leaders to drive growth, retention, and service excellence across provider partnerships.

You will build executive-level relationships with physicians and health system leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• MBA/MHA or related business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead provider relations, account management, and provider support functions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and retention.
• Establish executive relationships with physician groups and health systems.
• Oversee executive business reviews and provider feedback channels.
