Job summary

Lumicera is expanding and seeks a Director of Provider Relations to shape the strategy for Lumicera Direct provider engagement, operations, and partnerships. You will lead multiple teams including account management, inside sales, and provider support to achieve growth, retention, and service excellence.

The role requires deep healthcare leadership experience, strong relationships with provider organizations, and proven ability to drive strategic initiatives with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; MBA/Healthcare admin preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows, referral management, and patient access programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead the operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support functions.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Build executive-level relationships with physician executives and health system leadership.
• Oversee CRM vendor relations and analytics to inform decisions.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and leadership reviews.
