Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director, Provider Relations to lead the strategy for provider engagement, operations, and partnerships across Lumicera Direct. You will guide managers in account management, provider support, and engagement while partnering with Sales to shape market strategy.

This role requires executive relationship building, strategic planning, and travel up to 40% for meetings and industry events. Leading budgeting and continuous improvement will be core to success.

Competenze

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles
• 5+ years of leadership managing multiple teams
• Pharmacist licensure in home state or eligible for reciprocity
• Experience with provider engagement, referral development, and growth initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership to drive strategy

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
• Act as executive sponsor for provider organizations and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain executive relationships with physician leaders and health system leadership.
• Lead executive business reviews and assess performance and opportunities.
• Establish provider feedback channels and communicate insights to leadership.
• Serve as primary liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership.
