Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life and offers payment solutions through Xplor Pay. We seek an Account Executive for our Direct Sales team, a 100% commission-based role with residual income and flexible scheduling.

You will educate merchants, close deals, and own your pipeline with training and support. Remote work is available within the US; you will be in the field of your team region with opportunities for mentorship, bonuses, and growth as you drive

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
