Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers flexible scheduling and the potential for substantial earnings through monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

You’ll work with local businesses on payment processing solutions and training is provided. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of outside B2B sales, experience in merchant services, and strong prospecting skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling and networking.
