Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks a motivated Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and uncapped earnings potential through monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and operate with a hunter mentality across a remote US territory. Health benefits and 401K are included along with training and mentorship.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
Align with core values and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
