Xplor Technologies powers payment solutions and serves diverse industries with modern vertical software and AI-powered capabilities. We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role with residual income.

You can work remotely within the US and build a scalable portfolio while earning activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. You will educate businesses on how to save money, close deals, and grow your client base, with top reps

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
