Xplor Technologies is seeking a driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers the freedom to manage your own schedule and income, with activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

You will educate business owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and build a portfolio across various local markets. Remote work is allowed with regional field requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
