Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life, offering payment solutions through Xplor Pay. We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role with residual income and flexible scheduling.

You will visit local businesses to present processing solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, with potential for a Presidents Club incentive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
