Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, allowing you to control your time and earnings.

You can work fully remote in the United States with eligible working rights. You’ll educate merchants on payment processing, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with ongoing commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligned with core values, resilient and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
