Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales. This 100% commission-based role focuses on closing payment processing deals with local businesses, offering activation bonuses and long-term residuals. Work remotely with autonomy and full training.

You’ll educate merchants, build relationships, and drive growth in a flexible schedule while earning commissions and incentives. Prior merchant services or outside B2B sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
