Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, focused on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses.

You will educate owners, close deals, and earn activations and ongoing commissions. Remote work is allowed, with regional field responsibilities and strong training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B outside sales, preferably in merchant services or payments.
• Ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently with a team and source leads.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
